Photographs for Front Cover

These are all the photos I took for the Front Cover.

This is a good photo because it shows the textbooks up close so you are able to see the writing on them. This gives the students more information about what objects they would be to use if they were to study at the college.

This photo is good because it shows a typical classroom at Wyke. It would be better if it had students in it working because it would create more atmosphere and would show that the school has a good work ethic.

I will use this photograph on my front cover because it is a mid shot which is necessary. It also includes a lab coat, textbook and science googles as props which clearly show the theme of a school.

I might use this photo because it shows some of the objects students studying science will use, it is a close up so you can clearly see the object.

I might use this photo on the front cover because it shows the outside of the college although it is raining on the photo which doesn't improve the atmosphere of the place.

I won't use this photo for my front cover because it is a side shot so you're unable to see the person's face and their expression. This isn't good for a front cover.

This photo is similar to the last one except it is more close-up. I will also not use this photo due to the fact it is a side shot and a face on shot is needed for the front cover.

I might use this photo on my front cover because it shows some nice examples of art although the cone included slightly ruins the photo.

I won't use this photo for my front cover because it is a shot from the back which would be inappropriate for a cover. They need to be a face-on shot so you can see the person's facial expression however i might use it as the image for a feature story. 

I might use this photo on my front cover because it shows the art rooms at a good angle so that you can see both the corridor and some examples of artwork that the students have done.
